Wood Kraft Kids provides delivery to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all emirates across the UAE.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product type:

  • Ready-made products: 2–5 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 7–14 business days

You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you before dispatch to confirm location and delivery time.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • We will replace or collect the product at no additional cost

6. Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to incomplete address or customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
