Refund & Return Policy

At Wood Kraft Kids, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Wood Kraft Kids is owned and operated by MAJLIS AMANI Carpentry L.L.C S.O.C, UAE.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, in brand-new condition, and in original packaging.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@woodkraftkids.com or call us at +971 58 282 8569 within the 7-day window.

Products must be returned to our warehouse at the address below:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / incorrect / damaged items → Return shipping is free, and we will arrange pickup.

  • Non-defective items (change of mind) → Customer pays return shipping cost.

We do not include prepaid return labels inside the package.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Custom-made orders

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days
