At Wood Kraft Kids, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality wood products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • You may be eligible for a refund if you meet one of the following criteria:
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

2. Conditions for Refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
  • For damaged or defective products, photographic evidence may be requested.
Delivery & Installation:
  • ASSEMBLED Outdoor products are not eligible
    for return
  • We offer 1 year wooden structure manufacturing
    warranty (outdoor)
  • 6 days warranty for slide replacement.
  • After 6 days – Corresponding amount will be charged as
    replacement cost for SLIDE.(depending on the model).
  • Acts of nature are not covered under warranty such as
    storm, flood, lightning, earthquake etc.
  • Free delivery within city limits of Dubai. Sharjah, Ajman,
  • 350 AED charges Will apply for outside city limits and
    for assemblies in RAK, UAQ, FUJ.
  • Examples of outside city limits areas are Ruwais, Mirfa,
    Giyathi, Hatta, Sila, Madinat Zayed, Harshan, Dibba, A1
    Madam, Showkah etc.
  • Regular maintenance is required for all types of outdoor
    products. We charge 350 AED for a maintenance visit.
  • If the ground surface is unbalance and customer using
    soft sand then 400 AED harnessing and installation
    charges may occur.

3. Process for Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at  (+971) 5573 00367 with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, which may include returning the product to us.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise specified by Wood Kraft Kids.

6. Refund Exceptions:

  • Wood Kraft Kids reserves the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the product has been misused, abused, or damaged by the customer.
  • Refunds may be subject to restocking fees if applicable.

7. Exchange Policy:

  • In some cases, we may offer exchanges for eligible products instead of refunds. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
