1. Ordering

  • You must provide accurate and complete information (name, shipping address, payment details).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

    • Products are unavailable or out of stock.

    • Errors in pricing or product description occur.

    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AED and may include applicable VAT or taxes.

  • The final checkout amount includes product cost, shipping charges (if applicable), and taxes.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided (Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash on Delivery).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Warranty

  • Wooden structures include a 1-year warranty.

  • Slides include a 6-day replacement warranty. After this period, replacement charges apply.

  • Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

  • Maintenance services are available for an additional fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or delivery delays.

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

7. Updates to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
